Cozy terraced house near Aarhus

Spend your holiday in a nice, cozy and spacious 3-bedroom terraced house only 15 minutes from the center of idyllic Aarhus. The house has everything you need for a nice relaxing family holiday and is the perfect starting point for exploring Jutland. From the house, there's 15 minutes to Art Gallery Aros, 20 minutes to Moesgaard Museum, 45 to Djurs Sommerland and 1 hour to Legoland and Billund Airport. The house comes with a very friendly cat. As a guest, you commit to feeding it every day. The space The house is a 125 m2 two-story terraced house at the end of a quiet road with neighbours on one side only. There's a playground 50 meters away and a little green area with football goals 100 meters away. The ground floor of the house has a nice living room area with sofas, lounge chairs, tv, Apple TV, Stereo, etc and dinner table that seats 6-8 people. The kitchen has everything you need and sit next to a small utility room with washer and dryer. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower. A flight of stairs lead up to the first floor, where you'll find a spacious master bedroom as well as two additional bedrooms that are perfect for kids. Here, you'll also find the main bathroom. Guest access As a guest, you'll have access to the entire house except the bed loft, which is private. Other things to note The house comes with a cat called Charlie that would very much like a bit of food everyday, but otherwise minds his own business. We'll make sure there is enough food and write down instructions (very simple). The cat is extremely family friendly. Very important: As a guest, you commit to feeding Charlie every day.
