We are typically close by if you should need anything, otherwise we will stay out of your hair so you can enjoy your stay :) -The pool is open late spring thru early fall, weather dependent. -The boats are not for guest use and from time to time will be used by the people that own them. They will not bother you during your stay but will be parking on the side of the driveway and will walk around the house to get to their boat. -There is a dock slip if you would like to bring your own boat or rent one. -The golf cart and one of the boats may be available to rent.
