Ideal accommodation to rest , enjoy with family , friends , as well as enjoy nature and the beautiful corners of the place. The house is made up of two apartments, each accommodating 7 people. An extra bed can be set up in each house and a crib. On the top floor of the house are the two apartments, and on the ground floor are the common areas. Each apartment (located on the second floor) is composed of : [*] 1 triple room with 105 m beds. [*] 1 double room with 1.35 m bed. [*] 1 full bathroom. [*] 1 living room kitchen. In it, we have a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of kitchenware and appliances such as: washing machine, microwave, hob, large refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, iron, dryer, electric heater, dishwasher and blender. The bathrooms are equipped with an electric heater as well as a hairdryer and shower gel. Sheets and blankets are available for each room. Two towels are provided per guest. All televisions have a HDMI port. They have wi-fi throughout the premises. The apartments have heating with radiators throughout the house and also have fireplaces in all the living rooms. If you want firewood to light the fireplaces we have at your disposal with an additional cost of 30€ The woodshed which includes about 3 forklifts. In the common areas (first floor) you will find: [*] 1 children's playroom with various toys for children. [*] 1 adult game room composed of: billiards, foosball, Diana and a karaoke with a multitude of songs totally free. [*] 1 living room - kitchen equipped with barbecue, wood oven, all kinds of utensils, sofa and TV. It's electrically heated acclimatized. It can accommodate about 16 people. In the external area of the apartments you have a totally free private parking and a pergola with barbecue and tables. The apartments are in the urban center but outskirts of town. It is an enclosure of about 2000 square meters private, having no neighbors nearby to disturb. They are located near the recreational areas of the village; swimming pools, bars, pubs, children's playground. You can walk to the center of town in just 5 minutes. The village is equipped with supermarkets , bakeries, butcher shops and health center with 24-hour emergencies. They have a karaoke. The maximum entry time is at 22:00 hours, if you enter later you will have to pay 20€. The maximum departure time is at 12:00 hours , in the event that no other group can be assessed to leave the departure later if so desired by our guests. The price will depend on the number of people and date. Do not hesitate to consult. Guest access - The maximum entry time is from 16:00 and the maximum time is at 22:00,if you enter later you will have to pay 20€. - The maximum departure time is at 12:00 hours , in the event that not between another group you can consider leaving the departure later if so desired by our guests, but you will always have to consult with the owner. - Upon delivery of keys you will always have to pay the rest of the total amount (70%) and a deposit of €100 if this amount is not delivered you will not be able to deliver the keys. This will be returned at the end of the stay and after checking with one of the guests that everything is as it was delivered ( clean[bold][bold_end] and the furniture ordered).
