The cozy lake house is newly renovated, with open floor plan between kitchen and the airy living room. Here you have a front row view of the lake Orrhammaren. Relax in a beautiful, rural location. The space About the bedrooms: Welcome to our cozy cottage of 60 square meters with a lovely, open Scandinavian-style floor plan and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. From the living room, you can look out over the beautiful Lake Orrhammaren. Perfect for couples, families, friends and business travelers. The lake cottage is conveniently located 70 meters from the main building, but still feels private. Take a dip, go fishing, barbecue, take a boat trip or hike around the nearby area. Up to 6 people can sleep in the cabin. In the separate bedroom on the first floor there are two beds. The loft, which you reach via a ladder, has two single beds and the "sofa" in the living room can be turned into two single beds where two people can sleep well. In the living room you will also find bed linen, duvets, pillows and bath towels, in the closet just to the right of the fridge. For those who want to stay overnight in the living room. The cottage has a modern, spacious kitchen – with stove with induction stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle and espresso machine. In the bathroom there is a shower and toilet, there are also amenities such as a towel dryer, underfloor heating, hair dryer, hygiene items (tampons, bandages, tops). In the shower there is hair & body gel and conditioner. The lake cottage is a detached cottage with a private terrace, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book, sit and talk and look out over the lake. The whole cottage is yours during your stay. You also have access to a common patio, with barbecues, and to a large common green space that is usually appreciated by both children and pets. Just below the cottage, you also have a jetty that is shared between the cottage and the other buildings in the area. Free parking is available near the cottage. Wifi included. Want to take a sauna or work out in the gym? In the main building, which is 70 meters from the cottage, there is a gym and a sauna with shower. Otherwise, there is a charging station at Vasagatan 1, 64 236 Flen Outdoor activities: With us, all outdoor activities are included, including tennis, boat and canoes. If you want to book a canoe, boat or any of the activities available, please let us know in advance and we will help you. Outdoor activities are shared with other residents and visitors, so don't be surprised if more nice people show up to keep the area going. Water adventures: Why not take a canoe or boat trip and explore the beauty of Orrhammaren. If you want to fish, there are tools to borrow from us, just say so. There is free fishing in Orrhammaren, Taljasjön and Gårdssjön. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you the use of canoes or boats in any lake other than Orrhammaren. Sports and play: Play tennis or soccer at our facility. There are also activities such as kubb, fireball and more. Tennis rackets, tennis balls, soccer balls are available to borrow. Nature experiences: Orrhammaren offers fantastic opportunities for hiking and fishing in a relaxing environment. Right around the corner is Sörmlandsleden, running tracks and many other things. Also nearby are the King's Palace, Stenhammar, and the Prime Minister's summer residence Harpsund. Feel free to visit Sörmland for more information about everything there is to do nearby.
