In the heart of Berrien Springs with fast WiFi. Walking distance to the library, downtown, and 1 mile from Andrews University. Great for families with games, toys, baby gate, and pack-n-play provided. Great location within a 30-minute drive of Notre Dame, Warren Dunes State Park, downtown St. Joseph, Harbor Shores Golf Club, and many local wineries and farmers' markets. Pet-friendly, just make sure to ADD the pet fee when booking. This is a NO SMOKING property, including inside and outside. The space We want you to feel comfortable and at home in our property in our quiet little town of Berrien Springs and have decorated the home to feel relaxing and enjoyable during your stay. Ideally, the home is best suited for a family of 4—2 adults and 2 children with a 1 Queen bed and 2 Single beds (trundle). 3 adults could also comfortably share the space, as there is a pull-out couch that could sleep one more individual. Lots of amenities in the kitchen if you enjoy cooking at home, or suggestions of restaurants are provided in the binder if you prefer eating out. George Foreman Electric Indoor/Outdoor Grill is available to use during your stay as well. No Gas or Charcoal required! Plug is located in the tall kitchen cabinet to the left of the fridge. Beach towels, blankets, chairs, a portable cooler, and a beach umbrella are available for you to use during your for summer beach goers. We have a lot of beautiful beaches just a short 15-20 min drive away. Refer to the binder for some of our favorites. New back patio installed Summer of 2024 for additional outside space to lounge, cook, or just relax. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself during your stay. Other things to note If you are travelling with a pet, you must select the PET OPTION when making your reservation to let us know. You are allowed to bring your well-mannered pet to our property during your stay. One pet gate is available for you to use during your stay (stored in the laundry room), along with 2 pet bowls. If your pet is crated, you will need to supply that. You will be responsible for any pet damage to the property during your stay. The pet fee of $65 covers the additional cleaning that is required after a pet has stayed at the property. PLEASE NOTE: if you do not include your pet details at the time of booking, you will be charged a $250 penalty.
