A peaceful & relaxing house overlooking beautiful Lake Livingston is a great place to escape from a busy life. Unwind, take in nature all while enjoying the luxury & comforts of an equipped home. Once here, you will be charmed with nature & the porch views of the Lake. Everything you need to make your stay memorable! The space The House is a single story home with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Featuring a gorgeous balcony with a beautiful sunset facing lake view of Livingston with a charcoal grill set the perfect 'backyard' scene of Smores for long lasting memories. Modern amenities like High-Speed Wifi, Large LCDTV's w/ Amazon & Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen! Guest access Guest have access to the house, the two waterfront docks as well as the front and backyard. Guess I have access to the garage. Other things to note The Garage & Boat house storage areas are not accessible by guests. Please note the distance to the local entertainment venues (not located onsite): *GameQuest - 12.6 miles to the venue *Triple J Lanes - 5.7 miles We have a charcoal grill onsite for guests to use, and we are currently in the process of replacing the current gas grill. Please be sure to bring charcoal and lighter fluid. -The Following amenities are available upon request with a 72-hour notice or request at the time of reservation: *High chair *Baby Bath *Baby Monitor *Bathtub *Changing Table *Children's books & toys *Children’s dinnerware *Crib/Pack’n Play/Travel crib *Stair gates *Table corner guards *Window & Fireplace guards *Outlet Covers *Baby items are provided by our partner Baby Quip with a 72-hour advance notice. *We do entertain pets on a Case by case basis, for a small fee of - $75 each pet per stay. *Due to the sliding damaged during weather, the yellow slide was recently removed to avoid safety issues on the property For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located There are 2 cameras in the property: 1 In the front door capturing the guests that are entering the property 1 in the Backyard capturing the backyard All of them are recording 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or inside the bedroom, only common area
