Cozy Castella 3-bedroom Cabin with Swim Spa

Take it easy at this unique and peaceful property with stunning views and lots of room to roam on 6 acres! This rustic cabin is great for those that want to get away from it all and enjoy some space out in the wilderness. Just 30 minutes to Mt. Shasta Ski Resort, 10 minutes to Castle Crags State Park, and 30 minutes to Lake Siskiyou, you're not far from snow, hiking, boating, fishing, hunting & much more! The host sometimes stays in a trailer onsite and the caretakers live nearby if needed. The space Lots of space surrounding the property and only one neighbor nearby. Two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, with master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and mudroom downstairs. SATELLITE INTERNET: The cabin offers wifi access via satellite internet; however please note that our remote location and inclement weather may affect service. If you require dependable internet, we highly advise bringing a backup option, as wifi access is not 100% guaranteed during your stay. SWIM SPA: Please note that the Michael Phelps swim spa is NOT a hot tub. The maximum temperature it can be set to is 99 degrees. During the colder months, the cover needs to be in place when not in use to prevent the swim spa from cooling down. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and surrounding property. Outdoor storage buildings are locked and not for use. SWIM SPA: Please note that the Michael Phelps swim spa is NOT a hot tub. The maximum temperature it can be set to is 99 degrees. Other things to note The cabin has a cozy feel with lots of amenities; however it is an older house that doesn't have all the features some might be used to. WINTER GUESTS: The main heat source to the cabin is a wood burning stove, so if you are not comfortable with starting and keeping a fire going, then this may not be the place for you during the colder months. IMPORTANT: This is a mountain cabin in a remote location. A vehicle with 4WD or chains is required for snow conditions. Travel insurance is also highly advised in case of inclement weather.
