Centrally located on a quiet, tree-lined street, just 4 blocks from Reforma and the Angel de la Independencia. Two blocks away you will find Rio Lerma Street, which is full of restaurants and cafes. The condominium has a 24/7 security guard, on the corner there is an ecobike station and usually many parking spaces with parking meters. I'm sure you'll enjoy a safe, comfortable, and beautiful space. The space The condominium has 5 floors with 3 apartments per floor and has an elevator. My apartment is on the fourth floor and has an internal view. To enter, you only need a code since we have an electronic lock to facilitate check-ins and check-outs. You can enjoy the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, and full bathroom. The apartment has an interior view, it does not face the street which makes it very quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, nutribullet and all the necessary items if you like to cook. The dining room is spacious, has 6 chairs and the living room is very comfortable and you will be surrounded by paintings and inspirational books. The bedroom has a 50-inch Smart TV, a large closet, and drawers. It also has a ceiling fan. The bathroom is spacious and you'll have shampoo, conditioner, and body soap available. You also have a washer-dryer available and we even leave you soap :) We are confident that it is a great alternative for you to rest and enjoy your stay in Mexico City. Guest access Hello! When you arrive, you will need to ring the entrance bell for Security. They'll let you in and you can go up to 402. You can enter the apartment using the electronic lock with the code I emailed you. To enter and exit, you only need your key from the electronic lock, and for the access key to the building, you can use the one we left hanging for your use.
