This newly remodeled Scandinavian style studio has everything you need! Private hot tub w/ a view, comfy queen bed, bright kitchenette, table for two, updated bath + laundry room, smart TV + Keurig. Located minutes from ski resorts (Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird, Alta, Park City), shopping, restaurants, and the airport. Short drive to ski shuttles. Free parking in designated space on driveway. Other guests may be staying in adjoining private units but THERE ARE NO SHARED SPACES. The space This is a 1 bedroom studio unit on the ground/basement floor of our suburban home, however with all the windows, views of the Salt Lake Valley and natural light you won’t feel like you’re in a basement. Space includes private kitchenette, laundry and bathroom and queen sized bed and small dining table for two. The studio also features a private deck with a hot tub and view of the Salt Lake valley just outside your door! Please note that we live upstairs and make every effort to be quiet when we have guests but you may hear us walking around or running water occasionally. Most of our guests have never complained about noise, however, if you are extremely sensitive to noise this may not be the place for you, or you may want to bring earplugs just in case. We apologize but we cannot allow any animals including service animals and/or emotional support animals in or on the property due health concerns - we live upstairs and have severe allergies and asthma. Airbnb has granted us an exemption from requiring service and emotional support animals for this reason. Thank you for your kind understanding. Guest access You will enter through the gate at the left of the driveway and go down the exterior stairs. Your private patio entrance is down the stairs, past the first patio and around the back of the house. You will see a small flight of stairs leading up to your private patio, hot tub and entrance. Follow the signs labeled “LOFOTEN.” You have full access to everything within your suite. Other things to note This studio is located on the lower level of our home. Please note that we live upstairs so if you need anything we aren’t far away!
