La casita is a 1 bedroom bungalow within the grounds of my parents’ residence that has been lovingly renovated by us to create a ‘home away from home’ for guests. The property features an open plan lounge/kitchen- diner with a comfortable seating area and a 40 inch flatscreen TV. The kitchen features a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge as well as kitchenware to cook with. There is an also a breakfast bar with 2 seats. A hairdryer/iron and board are provided. The space Open plan lounge/kitchen- diner with breakfast bar. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom with king size bed OR twin beds (please specify when booking which you’d prefer). To the rear of the property is a small private patio which can be accessed from the bedroom. In the summer, bbq facilities will be available and there is a patio table and chairs for guests to use. Other things to note Please note the property is located in Hale Village, Liverpool NOT Hale, near Manchester! The property is ideal for guests using Liverpool airport or working nearby in Speke, Hunts Cross or Widnes/Runcorn. As we aren’t far from Liverpool airport, we do get low-flying planes regularly throughout the day.
