Quiet single room near Fakenham, Norfolk

Large single room for single use in detached house, quiet location surrounded by garden with beautiful views to the East. Good starting point to visit the North Norfolk coast, Wells next the Sea, Pensthorpe, Thursford, Holt, Burnham Market, Sandringham, Norwich... The room has the use of a newly fitted, modern shower room. This might be shared subject to other guests being in the twin room. Kitchenette: has kettle, microwave/conventional oven/grill. Large car park available to guests The space Original 1970s detached house set in grounds with sweeping views on two sides of surrounding countryside. The bedroom is on the first floor at the front of the house and faces east, affording beautiful sunrising views. The room has a single wrought iron bed, a wardrobe with several hangers and blankets. I do not offer camping in my garden or any type of taxi service. once you are here: 1. Please be aware this is a non smoking home and we also kindly ask guests to please not to wear any shoes inside the house that have been outside, in the interest of hygiene. Many thanks. :-) 2. Also note, the house has stairs and it's not child friendly. 3. and it's not suitable for children under the age of 15. 4. Continental breakfast is offered on a self serve basis.
