We do not change linen & towels with stays shorter than 8 days. We supply some basic essentials to get you started, and guests can purchase additional items as needed during their stay. The cleaning fees paid at the time of booking cover the final clean after your stay. For stays of 8 nights and longer, we offer a complimentary weekly clean. - Please note we charge an extra cleaning fee for stays longer than 14 days. - We use smart technology to measure noise & smoking. This meter will send us a notification when noise levels are exceeded or when smoking is detected. Breaking our house rules (no party, noise during quiet hours and smoking in the unit) might lead to an immediate effect of the reservation with no right of refund, plus fines will be charged to your account.
