It is a bedroom in 2nd floor, 2 bathroom, 5 bedroom apartment in a 2-family house, close to Yale science park. It has partially furnished kitchen (china and few utensils, refrigerator, microwave etc..), dining area with dining table and chairs. Access to nice laundry room in the basement. Share the apartment with 4 working professional apartment mates. The space Very private living and you can live quietly without housemates bothering you During your stay I am available anytime by phone or email for any concerns or problems. I can also meet personally, if one wants to interact with me. Other things to note People who live in the area have no problem about safety. People not familiar with the neighborhood think, Yale science park area is not good. But it is a myth. Area has developed a lot over last 5-10 years. Safety is in once hand and thefts and mugging can happen anywhere, if people are careless.
