Cosy Little Apartment Near Everything

Our special place is close to everything, the train station is less than a five-minute walk away. Restaurants, shops, and pubs are located all along the same area, convenient for those who travel without a vehicle. For Americans, we are near all bases in the area. For travel, the train is a straight shot to Kaiserslautern or Saarbrucken. Easy travel to Heidelberg, Trier, Frankfurt, or Cologne. Even France and Luxembourg are all within a short drive. Great day trips possible from our location. The space We bought this building two years ago and are renovating little by little. Financially, it will take time for us. However, we appreciate its history and endurance and want to share this space with others. This building is located on the main street since 1885. Originally a one story building, it served as a market and barber shop. In the 70s, additional levels to the building were made and here we are today. The apartment offered for booking is on the top level and has been renovated with new flooring, paint, and brand-new kitchen and appliances. Unfortunately, the bathroom had to wait on upgrade, but it's functional. We hope to have it upgraded next year. The space is quite nice for 1-2 persons and has a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The kitchen has brand new appliances and is stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies, a dishwasher, and washing machine. We will meet you in person to show you around and give you information about the area. We definitely want to make your stay comfortable and affordable. Guest access Our Cozy Little Apartment is located on the top floor. Consisting of 4 separate rooms (Living, Bed, Kitchen & Bath) all off a short hall. Currently access is limited to the Apartment, main entrance way, hall & stairs. Other things to note Please take note of our bathroom photos. We have not been able to get around to renovation of the bathroom yet. Fingers crossed this year. It is a semi modernized old fashioned German Bathroom. IE. Full Bath. Shower hose connection, Wooden, slanted ceiling. Really, really tall people need to be careful :-) While we do have a shower, it is not a stand-up shower (you'll hit your head) but a sit in the bath shower.
