Collegeside Cottage is located in the Heart of Brevard directly adjacent to Brevard College on Robinson Avenue (a quiet dead end street) - Walking distance to all Brevard has to offer. Renovations were completed in November 2022, and this home boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, all new furniture, appliances, bedding, and amenities. The space With a semi-open floor plan, fully appointed kitchen, comfy living area, and office nook, we know this home will welcome you to stay even longer than planned. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you will find - an electric range, full size refrigerator, washer/dryer, pantry, microwave and coffee maker. If you don’t want to walk uptown to eat at one of the many fine restaurants, you may make a gourmet meal at home. We strive to have all that you would need to cook any meal. If you find something missing, please let us know. The primary bedroom includes a memory foam queen bed with an adjoining full bath. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom contains two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a hall bath. Both baths have tub/shower combinations. You can enjoy a cozy night inside, or step outside on the back porch and enjoy the cool mountain air and adjacent creek. Guest access Access is via August Lock. Each guest is given a distinct code for their use during any stay. With August Lock, there's no need for keys or key cards, making check-in and check-out hassle-free.
