There is also a garden at your disposal. Other things to note Dear Guests, you must remember that the house is located in the mountains, so it may happen that in winter it will be necessary to "track" the path to the parking lot and its snow removal so as to enter the municipal road, which is happily adjacent to our house. This is the charm of winter in the mountains. Please also remember that the house is all made of wood and, apart from the absolute ban on smoking inside, it is also forbidden to light a barbecue in the immediate vicinity of the house, on the wooden terrace, to light fireworks and torches. Put a moderate amount of wood in the fireplace so as not to create too large a flame. We do not organize parties, bachelor parties and bachelorette parties at home. The sauna is extra paid. It is also forbidden to walk inside in shoes and ski boots. We also pay attention to soft wooden floors, which are easily subjected to mechanical abrasion/shifting, walking in "high heels", pressing cars with hard wheels, etc. There is artificial irrigation on the lawn and in the "green" parts, please do not touch or adjust the sprinklers and drip line. NOTE: Please keep an eye on children so that they do not step on the covers of the septic tank and soakaways!!!The ban also applies to adults. Falling in can result in loss of health or even life. Sauna is available for an additional fee.
