Come stay at Run of the Mill, our lovingly restored 1974 vintage caravan, tucked into the grounds of our listed watermill in Glan Conwy, North Wales. It sleeps 2 adults and 2 children—perfect for families, couples, or anyone craving a break from the ordinary. Relax in the wood-fired hot tub, cook in the outdoor kitchen, or stretch out in the hammock and soak up the history of the Mills. In the evenings, gather round the fire pit or enjoy a BBQ under the stars. With a compost toilet, hot shower, and private parking, you’ll have everything you need for a simple, cosy and eco-conscious stay. And the real highlight? Alpacas. Our friendly, curious herd live just next to the caravan—you’re welcome to spend time with them, help feed them, or simply enjoy watching them go about their day. The paddock is fenced, and you can even live alongside them if you’d like—but there’s no pressure. You’ll also meet our chickens, ducks, and three friendly dogs, all part of the warm, down-to-earth atmosphere we’ve created here. We’re located right on the A470, making it easy to explore the best of North Wales—like Conwy Castle, Bodnant Garden, Llandudno, RSPB Conwy, and the Welsh Mountain Zoo. We’re Steve & Dawn, and we’d love to welcome you to our little corner of the world. If you’re after something relaxed, a bit offbeat, and full of character—this is it. Stay with us. Stay curious. Stay different. Guest access You’ll have full access to the whole 2 acres of property, with private tours of our beautiful listed mills on request. Only closing as a museum a few years ago we invite you to come and see our wonderful buildings and mill pond. Extra available to purchase if needed. • 🍕 Outdoor Kitchen: Includes a pizza oven. Fresh pizza ingredients available to purchase. • 🐾 Animals: Our three friendly dogs roam freely.
