Welcome to our nice apartment, built in 2021! There are three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, balcony and sauna that give your stay all the comforts. Great location with walking distance to ski lift, cross-country trails, hiking and biking trails for varied activities all year round, as well as to Funäsdalen village with shops, cafés and restaurants to explore. Private parking is available at the house and there is the charge an electric car in the area. Ski bus to Tänndalen and Ramundberget stops nearby. The space Bedroom 1 - double bed 160 cm. Bedroom 2 - family bed - lower bed 140 cm, upper bed 90 cm. Bedroom 3 - bunk bed 90 cm. The apartment is 70 sqm large divided into two floors. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, sauna and washing machine as well as a hall with drying cabinet. Upstairs, there is a smaller bedroom and guest toilet. Living room and kitchen have an open plan with generous ceiling height and fireplace, as well as exit to balcony in the southwest with a nice view of the mountains. Fast WiFi is available as well as Samsung Smart TV and Sonos speakers to connect to. The apartment is smoke and pets free. Ski storage is available at the entrance of the house. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment except for a storage locker in Bedroom 1. In the area, there is a storage room and a bike wash area. Outlets for engine heaters are available at the parking lot. Other things to note Bring your own sheets and towels. There are various basic items available that you are welcome to use. If necessary, refill with new ones before departure, so that there are also for the next guest. We have chosen to hire a cleaning company to ensure that the apartment is in good condition when our guests arrive, which is why we always charge a cleaning fee. Departing guests need to wash dishes and take out garbage before departure. During the sports holiday weeks (weeks 7-10), we only rent out Sunday to Sunday.
