Vaping however is permitted on the private balcony. ▲ BUILDING SECURITY This is a shared residential, high security building. Security personnel patrol all areas and security cameras are monitored 24/7. ▲ APARTMENT SECURITY There is a MINUT SENSOR inside the apartment. This is NOT a camera or voice recording device. It ONLY collects information on noise 'levels', the environment (temperature and humidity), and occupancy via number of phones detected and shows it as data and graphs. IT DOES NOT RECORD AUDIO OR IMAGES. To avoid setting off an alarm, please do not tamper with, cover, or remove this device. ▲ EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS Please plan your trip to check in anytime from 3pm. This provides the cleaner with enough time between guests to clean and prepare your apartment. However if you would like to check in earlier please let us know. If we can accomodate this without impacting on our cleaner or the clean we will do our best, and will keep you updated on the day of you your arrival. In some cases we may be able to let you know the night before you arrive. If you definitely require an early check-in, please book an extra night earlier. ▲ LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS We rely heavily on our cleaners to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. To provide the cleaner enough time to clean the apartment to our high standard, guests are to check out by 10am. If you would like a later checkout, depending on the next booking and the cleaners schedule, this may or may not be possible. ◆ If you definitely require a later checkout, please book an extra night. ◆ Note: Late checkouts NOT pre-approved will incur $100 per hour fee. ▲ LONG STAYS All stays 21+ nights will be required to pay for and accomodate a clean after the first 21 days and then every 14 days thereafter.
