This spacious Mediterranean villa is in a quiet location, yet only a few minutes' drive from the beaches, restaurants and charming old town of Calpe. Here you can experience the best of both worlds: peace, space and nature close to the liveliness of the coast. The villa consists of two comfortable living areas and is ideal for families or friends who want to holiday together but also value their privacy. The main residence has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room. On the ground floor, there is a separate apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting area — perfect for a second family, teenagers or grandparents. Outside, you can relax by the private swimming pool and on the various terraces with open views of the green landscape and mountains. Thanks to air conditioning and mosquito screens throughout the house, you can enjoy a comfortable and carefree holiday under the Costa Blanca sun. The villa is also an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area: beautiful beaches, walking trails, cosy restaurants and the charming streets of Calpe are all nearby. Guest access Guests have access to all areas; the two sections are not rented separately. For stays of four people or less, only the main section will be used. For long-term stays of more than 28 days, the rental price applies only to the main accommodation. The lower accommodation can be rented additionally, if necessary, in consultation with the owner. Other things to note Our villa is rented out in accordance with the strict rules of the Community of Valencia. This means: - For rentals of more than 10 nights, a standard rental contract must be drawn up in accordance with Valencian standards; this must be signed and returned by the guest within seven days of booking. - All guests must provide their identity details after booking so that they can be registered with the SEDE Hospidajes, the Valencian government's accommodation registry, upon arrival.
