Ideal for friends or family, revel in fresh air, nature's charm, and the perfect environment for bonfires, barbecues, or simply unwinding amidst the lush greenery and tree-shaded lawn. Scenic hills await for memorable photos and brief sightseeing excursions. The space Rosario’s Highland Farm (VERY FAST Reliable Satellite Unlimited WIFI now available!) The 2-Bedroom Spanish-Inspired Bungalow: Nestled atop a hill, this charming Spanish-style concrete house is entirely yours. Enveloped by lush coconut, mango, and forest trees, it boasts a grassy lawn. Inside, a functional kitchen awaits, complete with a small refrigerator, a single gas stove for light meal preparation, a rice cooker, cooking utensils, plates, and cups. Entertainment is taken care of with unlimited complimentary Netflix on a Smart TV in the living room. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, fresh sheets, and air conditioning. Extra mattresses are available for groups exceeding 4 guests. A bathroom and a living room offer captivating views of the surrounding hills, trees, and Mount Samat. Complimentary Essentials and Inclusion: We provide free drinking water and instant coffee. Clean towels, bath soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are thoughtfully included. Your reservation includes the entire bungalow and access to the vast lawn. Enjoy complimentary use of barbecue grills (charcoal is available at an additional cost) and evening bonfires. The Front Yard The spacious front lawn is a haven for picnics, bonfires, and barbecue gatherings, all set amidst a backdrop of trees and plants. Should you desire, tents can be arranged for a fee of 300 pesos per tent per night, complete with mattresses, pillows, and blankets. Hillside Trekking: Adjacent to the property, you'll find picturesque hills (please note, this requires some walking or hiking and may not be suitable in inclement weather). These hills offer breathtaking views perfect for IG-worthy photos and brief sightseeing excursions. Take in vistas of Manila Bay, Mount Arayat, Mt. Samat, and the cities of Balanga and Pilar from the hilltop. While the hills are not part of the property, they are accessible to guests. Food and Beverages Feel free to bring your own food, beverages, and cooking ingredients, including vegetables, meat for barbecues, and snacks. If you'd like us to provide groceries, meat, or veggies, kindly notify us in advance, and we'll arrange for payment upon check-in. SATELLITE WIFI Experience the fast Starlink Satellite WiFi, offering unlimited high-speed connectivity at up to 250 MBPS. In summary, this location is dedicated to providing a space for relaxation and immersion in the natural surroundings. Optional Excursions: (1) Visit Dunsulan Falls situated in the nearby village. (2) Explore the historic WW2 monument, Mt. Samat Shrine, perched atop the mountain. (3) Please note that 4-wheel ATV rentals are not currently available. Driver/Tour/Guide Fee and Transportation costs are negotiable and depend on the chosen itinerary and the number of participants. Advanced reservations are required. Guest access This farmhouse is located in Liyang, Pilar, Bataan, with Dunsulan Falls just a few kilometers away. The area is enveloped by vast private mountain farms adorned with lush trees, ensuring that the nearest neighbors may be hundreds of meters distant. To reach the property, take the Gov. JJ Linao National Road. If you're starting from Balanga Terminal, hop onto the jeep heading to Cabog Cabog. Ask the driver to drop you off at "Barangay Liyang Arc." Right in front of Barangay Liyang Arc, you'll find tricycles. Inform them that you're headed to Rosario's farm. Alternatively, you can also arrange for us to pick you up at Barangay Liyang Arc or from Balanga Terminal. From the main road, the house is situated amidst the hill. There's a pleasant 10-15 minute walk from the road to reach the house. We'll be there to accompany you, so please get in touch with us once you arrive at Barangay Liyang Arc. Other things to note Important Notes: Kindly refrain from wearing slippers or shoes inside the house. Please use the designated shoe rack. Be aware that the forest area can be somewhat eerie at night. Inhabitants of the wild, such as snakes and crows, may be present. Dispose of trash properly to prevent flies and other insects. Consider bringing mosquito repellents and sunblock lotion for your comfort. Exercise caution while walking, especially during rainy weather, as the trails may become rocky and slippery. For the prevention of forest fires, dispose of cigarette ash in a responsible manner. Please bring your own raincoats and umbrellas, as they will not be provided. Nearby, there is a farm with dogs. While they are harmless, please be mindful of their presence. Friendly staff members may stay at the cafe down the hill of the bungalow to assist you with your needs. Lock your personal belongings inside the house/rooms. Although we won't access the bungalow during your stay, we cannot assume responsibility for any damaged or lost belongings. If you accidentally break something, please notify us so we can discuss it. Transportation: We offer car pickup and drop-off services to Balanga town for an additional fee of 500 pesos per one way trip for 4pax.
