Entire private upstairs in beautiful Keene home. Wifi included. 10 min walk to Main St shops, restaurants. 2 min walk to scenic Robin Hood Park (hiking trails, public swimming pool, tennis courts, picnic area). 25 min drive to historic Peterborough. Close to Keene State & Antioch Univ. Near skiing/snowshoeing (Mt Monadnock, Granite Gorge etc.) & boating. Seasonal views of distant hills surrounding the city. Enjoy a socially distanced vacation in this conveniently located, lovely home. The space Enter our suite through our shared hallway. Leave your boots on the carpet and hang up your coat in the walk-in closet downstairs, and then make your way up the carpeted stairs to your suite of rooms. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the sitting room (comfortably furnished with sofa-bed, chairs, table, microwave, refrigerator, tea kettle and coffee maker). Soak in the beautiful bath. Relax and rest in the comfortably furnished bedroom. The upstairs bedroom and sitting room can also be locked from within. Guest access You'll be able to park in our driveway, enter the house via the front door (in the middle of the front porch), walk in through our shared corridor and climb upstairs to your suite. You can sip a cup of tea or coffee on the front porch on warm summer mornings, and enjoy complete privacy in your upstairs suite. Please lock the front door behind you whenever you exit, including when you are checking out. Other things to note Note that the electric sockets aren’t covered, drapery cords are long, door to attic crawl space doesn’t have child locks, nor do the doors in the bathroom, and cleaning supplies are stored beneath the sink and easily accessible. So the suite is not child proof. As our house rules state: no drugs, no inebriation, no matches, no flames, no partying, no additional guests, no illegal activity. Please do not move the furniture. Please do not leave your belongings in the corridor. No animals please as hosts have asthma and allergy issues. Thanks for your understanding.
