Large open space apartment with loft, partly attic, overlooking the hill and the rooftops of the city. It is located in a strategic position, in the lively district of San Salvario, full of shops, clubs and restaurants, a short walk from the city center, the Valentino park and the local market of Piazza Madama Cristina. The space The accommodation, with a balcony entrance and a double east-west area, is located on the fifth floor with an elevator. Guests will be greeted by a large and bright living room with a double sofa bed, 43" smart TV, wardrobe and built-in closet. From the living room, through a small corridor, you can access the independent kitchen furnished with an extendable table and chairs equipped with dishes, a four-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, an electric oven, a microwave, a toaster, and a dishwasher. We provide condiments, tea, herbal teas and coffee pods based on the number of guests. The lofted double bedroom (comfortable for people 1.75 tall) is reached by a wooden staircase, and equipped with a desk and clothes hangers. The apartment is completed by the bathroom with sink, toilet with sanitrit, bidet and shower, we provide hairdryer and welcome kit. The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and an external and internal drying rack. For further needs, there is both a laundromat and a coin-operated washer-dryer in the area. The heating is autonomous. Guests will have free wi-fi for the duration of their stay. Towels and bed linen will be provided. The accommodation is quiet and can accommodate up to four adults. Outside there is a video camera for the security of the apartment. Guest access The accommodation is 200 m from Porta Nuova station, in front of which, in Piazza Carlo Felice, the Sadem shuttle to Turin - Caselle airport also stops. The area is served by the subway and several buses with which you can reach the places of interest in the suburbs. You can park your car on the street in the areas marked by the blue lines by purchasing daily or weekly passes at the tobacco shop or in the underground parking lot of Piazza Madama Cristina, only hourly rate. Otherwise, you can leave your car in the free area at the Spezia metro station and reach the accommodation by public transport. Other things to note The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests and parties or gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests can access the apartment. Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am, the arrival time is to be communicated in advance, however, in case of need, do not hesitate to ask that we will try to meet your needs. In case the apartment is rented by two guests who ask to use both beds, an additional contribution for the sheets of € 15.00 will be requested. You can't bring your own bed linen. In case of stay longer than 15 days, a cleaning fee of €20.00 will be required. Maximum dialogue is requested in reporting any damage to the apartment, even slightly (for example : broken dishes, linens with non-recoverable stains, problems with appliances, etc.).
