The space I am happy to take you on a little tour. A spacious hallway with a wardrobe and a dresser welcomes you. From here you can reach all the rooms of the apartment: 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living & dining room with access to the balcony, 1 guest toilet and a bathroom. The 1st bedroom faces the garden and is equipped with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. The 2nd bedroom is also located by the garden and is equipped with a single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m), a sofa bed for 2 people (sleeping area about 1.15 m x 1.95 m), a wardrobe and a bedside table. The 3rd bedroom faces the street and is directly connected to the bathroom. Here you will find a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), 2 bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The bathroom with bathtub and window is adjacent to the 3rd bedroom and is also equipped with a washing machine. In the kitchen there is a fitted kitchen. You will find a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, hand mixer, cutlery, dishes, glasses, towels, and much more. The living room with access to the balcony is large, bright and furnished with a sofa, dining table for 6 people and a flat-screen TV. The balcony invites you to cozy evenings on the lounge or at the small table - here you will also find a possibility to hang the laundry to dry. Free Wi-Fi guest access is available throughout the apartment, and you can park your bicycles in the garage and find plenty of parking for your car on the street. Bed linen, duvet covers and towels are available on site. A vacuum cleaner, a hand vacuum cleaner and a mop are available for cleaning in between. The whole apartment is equipped with real wood parquet. Other things to note This beautiful apartment in Bodenheim is located in a well-kept 3-family house and is centrally located in the Rheinallee. In a maximum of 5 minutes you are at Bodenheim train station, which takes you to Mainz by S-Bahn within 5 minutes. The center of Bodenheim, as well as the various shopping opportunities, are also within 10 minutes' walking distance. If you prefer to be in nature, you are also very close here - the Bodenheimer Ried and the farms are also within about 10 minutes.
