No load shedding - we have solar! And super fast wifi. This is a traditional old Muizenberg house I have renovated and turned into a bright and homely space. It has high ceilings and wooden floors, and two big bedrooms. It is eco-conscious and non-pretentious, with no TV. It is a relaxed and loved space. I have tenants in two other spaces on the property who live in spaces separate to the house, but share the garden. I would appreciate you watering the indoor plants while you stay :) The space The house is very spacious and has a good garden space outside, which is shared with the other tenants. There are two big bedrooms with double beds and a single day bed in the lounge. There is a big dining room table and lounge area and the kitchen lends itself to creating sociable cooking and dining with friends and family. There is a lovely big shower and bathroom, with another separate guest toilet. Off street parking can usually be arranged. It is 5 minute walk from the famous surfing beach and from the train station and shops. Other things to note This is my home and I am letting it out for the season. I will put my personal belongings in the store room and under the beds if necessary but the cupboards will be empty. I may ask for occasional access to the storeroom at the back of the house :) One tenant lives in a flat adjacent to the house. You share an outside hallway but not the same front doors!
