It has been completely refurbished after several months of work. Exposed stones, beams, and greenery: enjoy the charm of the old in a beautiful regional park. The space The house contains a large living room with sofa and armchairs, extendable table with six chairs, high chair for children, foosball, board games, petanque, Finnish bowling and a screen with arcade games. A fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven...) and a toilet with a sink. The pellet stove in the living room is available to enjoy a warm and cozy atmosphere. 5 kg of pellets are provided and included in the rental. Wooden stairs lead to the first floor. Upstairs: - A first large bedroom (25 m²): with a large double bed, a desk area and two armchairs that turn into a bed (75 cm × 175 cm). Children's bed with mattress available. - A second large bedroom (22 m²): with a double bed of 140 cm and two single beds of 90 cm. - An upstairs living room serving as a reading room with a bench bed and its pull-out bed stored underneath, all of which can be transformed into 2 single beds. - Bathroom with large shower and toilet. The beds will be made (except for the two armchairs, and the two beds in the reading room, provide additional blankets) and towels provided for 6 people (6 large, 2 small and a bath mat). Outdoor garden with table, chairs and garden furniture. Barbecue available on request. WIFI accessible throughout the house. No smoking allowed. No smoking inside the house. Guest access House in the middle of the village where it is easy to park for free nearby. Paris/Mont-Saint-Michel bike path 500 m from the house. 2 restaurants, a community café with weekly cultural events, a bakery/grocery store, weekly market on Sundays... all within a radius of 50 m from the house. Other things to note Non-smoking house and no pets. The €40 cleaning fee includes dry cleaning and beds made for 6 people.
