The space The entire suite consists of a well furnished living area with a sofa, smart tv with Netflix, and cable tv channels. The unit has two bedrooms with a king and a queen seize bed, a dedicated work space area with fast internet speed. This place also has a fully equip kitchen with cooking stove. This unit is perfectly designed and maintained to give you the maximum comfort you desire. It is adjacent to the playground where your kids can have fun and enjoy the ambience of the community. We also have a few books and toys for children to play with. Are you thinking of a place to cool off for the weekend or to take a break from the hustling and bustling of the week? Your best bet is here! But please note, this is a legal basement unit and we live in the main and upper floor of the building with our children, so grave yard silence cannot be completely guarantied, however, we have put controls in place to limit noise interreference between the two units. Guest access The entire guest suite is exclusively available to you. NOTHING IS SHARED. Guest access is through a keyless smart lock. We provide check-in instruction with tips to your check-in code to you as soon as your booking is confirmed. Your code will be valid from the date and time you check-in to the date and time you checkout. This location has lots of free parking space on the street. Check-in time is flexible, please send us a message to confirm. Other things to note Children play ground is about 20 meters away and the famous chinook wind water splash and skating ring is just about 250 steps away. Check-in time is from 3pm, however we provide flexibility for this if it is requested for. Please reach out to confirm. The unit is furnished with brand new quality beds and mattresses in each of the rooms that will provide you with maximum comfort while you sleep. Also our nest thermostat allows you to automatically set different temp range for different time of day/night Please note, this is a basement suite, and guest will have to walk through the stair wells to the basement unit.
