Mini apartment with private entrance

A self-contained, small apartment with private entrance on the ground floor of our town house home. Set in a quiet location 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Dorking town. It is also 25 minutes’ walk from the Dorking stations with regular trains to London, Gatwick and Brighton. We offer discounts for monthly and weekly stays. IMPORTANT NOTE - Please carefully check our facilities list. We do not have a cooker or a washing machine and are unable to offer a laundry service. The space The apartment consists of: - Living/dining room with sofa bed, TV including Netflix, DVD player, wireless speaker, dining table and kitchen. The kitchen has a microwave with grill, toaster, kettle, fridge and sink (no cooker or washing machine). We provide a welcome pack of basics such as tea, coffee, milk, bread, jams, etc - Bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and mirror - Shower room with shower, toilet and basin - Free parking on premises - Wifi access Though listed for two people, the small sofa bed can be used for a child on request. We also have a travel cot available on request Guests may also make use of our front garden, with bench and fine views over Ranmore. We can also store your bicycles in our rear garden, which is not publicly visible Guest access We will usually be available to greet you and introduce you to the apartment and we are then happy to leave you to your own devices. When we are not here we will leave the key in a lockbox. Other things to note Please note that we have a small friendly dog, Archie, who you may hear bark when you first arrive but he will soon settle down. Archie does not have access to the apartment at all. Also please be aware that, although completely private, the apartment is part of our home so you may hear some low level noise from above.
