Paradise in the country & 20 minutes from the City

Our home is 13 years old, architecturally designed & stunning. It's set on a hill with great views across the Valley & only 20 minutes to CBD. It has 4 bedrooms and a TV lounge with a very comfortable sofa bed. There is a master bedroom with a King memory foam mattress and ensuite, a room with a very comfortable queen bed and two rooms, both with very comfortable double beds. There is also a TV lounge with a queen sofa bed. We have a wood burner & Air Con. There is a formal lounge, too. The space The house is in two halves with a 'living' area and a 'sleeping' area. There is a walkway with 7 easy steps down to the bedrooms. The kitchen has a double oven, induction hobs and all the mod cons you will ever need. There is a formal lounge & an informal TV lounge to give everyone space. Between the two halves of the house, there are great & sheltered outdoor spaces for relaxing. There is a BBQ and a spa pool, too. There are 4 bedrooms plus a queen sofa bed in the TV lounge. We have a 16' trampoline to wear out the kids & horses to pat in the paddocks. There is a backyard sports area for cricket and other sports like frisbee. We have a lot of sports equipment available. Guest access There is a garage that is used for storage so not usable for parking a car. There is a freezer in the garage that can be used. Other things to note There are two horse riding schools either side of our home if you like to ride. We have two friendly cats that come & go as they please. There are bowls for food & water which we’d appreciate you topping up the food - a little at a time is best. They are apprehensive of strangers at first. We have a small Tiny House on our land.
