This beautiful apartment, inspired by beach decor and dominated by soothing blue tones reminiscent of the ocean, is located on the first floor of a condominium in the Aquatika complex, which offers direct beach access. It features a private balcony overlooking the river pool, a perfect spot to unwind and relax. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently remodeled, adding a modern touch to this cozy coastal retreat. The space Aquatika complex is a gated community of private apartments offers a wide range of amenities, including five pools, beach access, basketball and tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, and mini golf. A water slide is available at one of the pools on weekends, and beautiful gardens provide a peaceful setting for walks and morning exercises. The apartment is fully equipped and spacious, featuring a cozy living area with a TV, a dining room, and a recently renovated kitchen with modern appliances. For added convenience, the apartment includes a washer and dryer, making it easy to pack light. You’ll also find two additional coolers and a first aid kit for your safety and peace of mind. Location: Coastal Penthouse is located on the northeast side of the island, just 15 miles from San Juan International Airport, and close to many of Puerto Rico's top attractions and key destinations: *El Yunque Rainforest, with natural water slides *Isla Verde and Luquillo Beach *Piñones, known for its local restaurants and street food *Dining and attractions in the nearby towns of Carolina, Río Grande, Fajardo, and Luquillo *Seven Seas Beach in Fajardo – 21 miles away *Laguna Grande Bioluminescent Bay – 22 miles away *The beautiful Playa Vacía Talega – just a 14-minute drive *Old San Juan – 22 miles away *A small market and local pharmacy – only 5 minutes away *Walmart – 20-minute drive for any last-minute needs Guest access The entire apartment is for the use, enjoyment and privacy of our guests. Keyless entry. After 4:00 pm you can arrive at any time. The apartment has two assigned parking spaces at no additional cost. All pools can be used at no additional cost no matter which part of the complex you are staying. Other things to note 🚫 No Visitors Only registered guests allowed (max 8). No name changes after submission to the administrator (usually 48 hours before check in). 💵 Aquatika Guest Fee The condo fee is included in your reservation for the number of guests in the reservation. Any Changes in the number of guests after booking is confirmed will result in an additional one time fee of $14.00 per guest. If there are infants in your group, the Aquatika condominium counts them as a name, and the wristband fee also applies. If there are infants in the family (under one year old), the total number of names must never exceed 10. The condominium does not authorize more than that. ⚡Puerto Rico has many infrastructure problems, including the power grid. As beautiful as the island is, visitors should be prepared for power outages, unstable cell phone signal, or lack of water service, which are all beyond our control. 💦 Throughout the year—especially during the summer months—water supplies can run low due to lack of rain or pipeline breaks, which may cause interruptions in water service. The condominium has a limited water reserve, and one‑hour water distribution periods will be established until the reserve is depleted (1–2 days) or until the public water agency restores service. 🛜 Internet service is provided by an outside vendor. While we have equipment to offer this service, we cannot guarantee it will always be available in the area. If Wi-Fi is required during your stay, we strongly recommend bringing your own mobile hotspot. 🧴 Starter Supplies We provide basics to start your stay. Guests replenish as needed. 🏖️ Beach Gate Open 8:00 am to dark. 🚨Beach access is weather permitting 🌊 For everyone’s safety, condo management may occasionally keep the gate closed if sea conditions are rough or pose a risk—even if you’re just planning to relax on the sand. 🌿 Gardens & Pools Maintained by the HOA not by host. Tell us if you notice anything needing attention. 🧑‍💼 Main Guest Must be 25+. 💦 Water Slide and water splash features work only Sat–Sun, 10:00 am–5:00 pm. ⏱️ Early check‑in at no additional cost is sometimes possible between noontime and 4:00 pm depending on previous guests and the cleaning team’s schedule. If you need to check in earlier than noontime and cleaning schedule allows it, we can offer it for an additional fee of $20.00 per additional hour earlier than noontime between 6:00 am and noontime. Anything earlier than that please book another night.
