The space Casa Terrazas del Sol is a bright, multi-level villa designed for comfort, privacy and beautiful views. The house offers generous indoor spaces and three terraces on different levels, each with its own atmosphere for relaxing, dining or sunbathing. Indoor Features → Fully equipped kitchen: Modern appliances including a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher and a fridge make meal preparation easy during your stay. → Living room: A cozy, light-filled space with a large sliding door and views of the sea. Equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick for streaming your favourite apps. → Bedrooms: Three comfortable bedrooms across two floors. On the lower level, two bedrooms open directly onto a terrace with sea views. The upper bedroom includes its own bathroom and a private terrace with the best panorama. Outdoor Features → Heated private pool : Enjoy swimming year-round with the counter-current system (optional heating fee). → Private sauna: A relaxing wellness spot. → Three terraces: Each terrace perfect for outdoor meals, morning coffee or sunny afternoon in La Herradura. The villa is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and cafés. It’s an excellent base for enjoying La Herradura’s outdoor lifestyle, from hiking and diving to kayaking, paragliding and exploring the Costa Tropical. Guest access After entering the gate, go down through the small parking area of our community and turn left. Two parking plots, marked with numbers 9 and 10, belong to the house. Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, all terraces, the heated private pool and the sauna. The beach, restaurants and cafés of La Herradura are within a 10–12 minute walk, and the village centre can be reached in 20–25 minutes. Other things to note - Security Cameras: There is an exterior security camera monitoring the entrance. - Pool Heating: There is an additional fee of 70 EUR / week for pool heating. - Sauna is paid 50 eur / week - Parking: Free parking with 2 spaces is available next to the entrance. (plot number 9 and 10) -Pets are welcome, but must be declared in advance. Please ensure that pets do not climb on beds/sofas and that the terrace is kept clean during your stay. Pet waste left unattended may result in an additional cleaning charge. According to Spanish law you need to register data for all guests which is later send to local authorities. This is done through external app, we will provide you link where you can either scan your documents of fill the data manually.
