Living area with large tv, wifi, Netflix, Disney, and a big comfy couch to enjoy it on. Master bedroom with king-size bed, ensuite, and French doors opening up to a small deck. Huge modern family bathroom with rainhead shower, handheld shower head, and large bath. The kitchen and living area opens up through 6 metre sliding doors to a sunny back deck and private backyard, to enjoy a BBQ while you watch the gorgeous Carrum summer sunsets. Central heating and cooling at the touch of a button. Ceiling fans. Electric roller blinds in the living area. Linen, pillows, towels and basic amenities happily supplied. Space for two cars to park in the driveway with more free parking on the street. Laundry with washing machine and clothes horse. Cot and high chair can be provided, please let me know. There is a trampoline in the backyard, perfect for the kids, or the kid inside all of us. Or just take a blanket and enjoy star gazing. Heaps of cafés in easy strolling distance, wander over for a day at the beach or pick up some fish and chips on your way over to catch the spectacular sunset. Take an early morning walk or jog along the Kananook Creek native bush track to Seaford (2.7km) or bike ride along the train track, take the kids for a run around at the Carrum beach playground, the pirate playground at Roy Dore or the Seaford skate park. 700m to Aldi 2.6km to Woollies/Coles 500m to Carrum train station 3km to the Mornington Peninsula Freeway heading south to wineries for the day 5.8km and you’re on Eastlink Other things to note Smoking permitted outside only.
