This modern Mountain Chalet has a lot to offer-hot tub hidden in woods/spacious patio/covered deck/outdoor fire pit /fireplace, BBQ grill. Access to all 3 Community Lakes, community indoor and outdoor pool, teen center, tennis and basketball courts, close to popular ski resorts & much more! The space Indoor Areas: The entire first/ground floor is a game room filled with a smart TV, a pool table, foosball table, tennis rackets, and an electronic basketball double shot Arcade game up to 2 players. A bathroom, washer, and dryer are also located in a separate room on the first/ground floor as well. The second/main floor features an open beautiful living/kitchen/dining area with a lot of windows and skylights that provides a lot of natural light. Master bedroom w/queen size bed, w/full master bathroom, w/jacuzzi, and shower. The kitchen w/quartz countertop/island/bar stools is stocked w/all you might need to make home-cooked meals w/pots and pans, baking trays, utensils, Keurig coffee machine, spices, salt and pepper, sugar… w/stainless steal appliances, microwave, toaster, air fryer, electric kettle, and much more. Dining area w/dining room table leads to sliding glass doors that enters a covered porch with outdoor table w/comfortable chairs, BBQ gas grill and another spacious sitting area w/outdoor sofa and chairs and stairs/access to the backyard. Third floor The third floor includes loft area w/sofa sleeping bed. One bedroom includes two double beds and second - one double bed and a bunk bed w/LED lights. Each room's temperature can be controlled with separate electric baseboard heating. Main living area temperature regulated by Nest thermostat. Ceiling fans are located throughout the home. Air conditioners. Living room equipped with smart TV that provide you the ability to login to your streaming apps. Both bathrooms include shampoo and conditioner for convenience. Hair dryers are also provided. Daily pass: weekend or holiday $10/per day - per person. Week pass (non-holiday): $30 per week/per person. Holiday week: $50 per week/per person. Passes can be purchased at the club house, rec center or association office. The office is open Monday-Saturday 9:30am-4pm. **Please note amenities are out of our control and availability and hours are subject to change without notice. By booking with us you agree that some amenities may or may not be available during your stay. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Per the Community rules and regulations - You will need to complete a simple rental application required by Big Bass Lake to gain access to the community. Its free of charge for the guest, owner pays community fees. It’s a quick and easy process that we'll walk you through. We will reach out to you after booking to get the necessary information. Rental applications must be completed as soon as possible after booking to eliminate late fees. Renters are required to check-in at the gate upon arrival and will be asked to produce a valid driver’s license and registration number upon entry into the community. Only guests listed on rental application can enter community. Please proceed to the gate with security on duty. POLICIES: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Our chalet is in a beautiful and quiet gated community with many neighbors who live there all year-round. We ask you respect the neighbors and the community at all times. Quiet hours are monitored in our community to ensure a peaceful experience for all. Please keep outside noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Outdoor speakers are not permitted. The maximum house occupancy is 6 people based on community rules. All guests must be registered and only the guests listed on the rental application are allowed in the Airbnb and community. Parking space is available. Street parking is not allowed in the community. No smoking or open flames inside of the home. Fireworks and sparklers are prohibited in the community. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash before check-out. The community trash compactor and recycling is by the main gate entrance. No trash is permitted to be stored outside of the house at any time. Additional information Our chalet is on the main drive with neighbors on both sides and occasional street traffic, but situated in a way that there is a privacy and in a beautiful wooded setting. The chalet is in the mountains where various wildlife exists and you may encounter wild turkeys, owls and deer. Your safety and the safety of our home matter. This property features two exterior security cameras at the front porch and back of the house that are actively recording.
