Four blocks to 18th St. w/ great neighborhood restaurants, bookstore… Walking distance to DogPatch, UCSF Mission Bay & Chase Center. Easy commuter access to CalTrain & 101/280 to Silicon Valley. The space The unit has been updated including a kitchen renovation. Great neighborhood. Wide, flat block. Tennis and basketball courts and children’s park 2 blocks away. Our family of four lives in the unit below to help with accommodations and navigating the City. The unit sleeps 4, but is most comfortable for two adults, two children if you have more than 2 people. Other things to note There is very easy street parking on our wide, flat block. However, a permit from the City of SF is required for long term... more than 2 hours. We can provide a permit with at least 10 working days notice. Fees will need to be paid to us before we submit to the City. 7 weeks is approximately $125. We will confirm fees once guests submit a request to us.
