Quiet and elegant, our apartment is located on the ground floor of our cottage that we occupy a large part of the year. You have a private entrance and an individual parking space. Facing south on the hillside of the municipality of Thyez, it is a 15-minute drive from the resorts of Grand Massif, Morillon, Samoëns, Les Carroz... 30 minutes from Chamonix, Megève, 45 minutes from Annecy, La Clusaz, Geneva... In summer, ideal location for hiking in Haute Savoie and in winter for skiing. The space The apartment, the NIESSALPES, about 45 m2, has a main room composed of the kitchen and its living room with reading area. The bedroom with a double bed with memory foam mattress, desk and wardrobe is separated by a glass wall. A sliding door from the bedroom allows access to the bathroom which is composed of a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. PLEASE NOTE: for stays of less than three nights, sheets and towels are not provided (possibility with a surcharge of 30 euros) and cleaning is to be carried out by you Guest access The Niessalpes has direct access to a small terrace equipped with a table and 2 chairs. You will also have access to a large wooden terrace upstairs available on request depending on the period.
