Located in the village of Badley, this lovely 16th Century converted barn is ideal for a special family gathering or celebration. The barn sleeps 22 guests and there's plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a stay in rural Suffolk, along with lots to do including a hot tub and generous facilities allow you to park the car up for a long weekend and not go anywhere. Leading off the stunning sitting room, with its vaulted ceiling and huge fireplace, is a fabulous games room with pool table, a giant Connect 4, and, for those who fancy a bit of sing along, a karaoke machine! The large open-plan kitchen and dining space provides seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together and a further sitting room which gives more space if you just fancy curling up with a good book. There are four bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs whilst upstairs, there are additional four bedrooms, one of which you have the luxury of a four poster bed in the master bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, meaning you can really sleep in style. Along with a courtyard area, there are a further two patio areas and garden furniture available for use along with a charcoal barbecue to enjoy. In addition to the hot tub, you can also play croquet, have a game of table tennis or try your hand at giant Jenga. The barn is set within two acres of grounds which you are welcome to explore. Additional Information: Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Cot and two high chairs available on request. Please bring your own linen for the cot. Towels provided - please bring your own if you wish to use the hot tub. Guest access Ground Floor: Open-plan kitchen/dining room. Utility room With additional fridge, washing machine, wine fridge, ironing board and iron. Shower room With shower, wash basin and WC. Drawing room With seating for twelve guests, wood burning stove, smart television and french doors to the patio area. Bedroom two With 3' twin single beds, wardrobe, bedside table with lamp and armchair. Bedroom three With 5' king-size bed, matching bedside table and lamps, desk, wardrobe, large mirror and a cot. Bedroom four With 5' king-size bed, matching bedside table and lamps, dressing table, large mirror, chest of drawers and armchair. Bathroom With clawfoot free-standing bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC. Bedroom five With 4' 6" double bunk bed and three 3' single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table with lamp, armchair and patio doors to terrace. En suite shower room With shower, wash basin and WC. First Floor: Bedroom six With 5' king-size bed, matching bedside table and lamps and chest of drawers. En-suite shower room With shower, wash basin and WC. Bedroom seven With 5' king-size, 3' single bed, matching bedside table and lamps, armchair, large mirror and clothes hanging space. Bedroom eight With 4' 6 double bed, matching bedside table and lamps, armchair, large mirror and chest of drawers. Master bedroom With four-poster 5' king-size bed, matching bedside table and lamps, two armchairs, sofa and ottoman. En-suite shower room With shower, wash basin and WC.
