Our home has two spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom, relaxing living room, a brand new kitchen, sun porch with yoga mats and a small front fenced in yard too. Both spaces are completely private with private entrances and beautiful spaces that are solely for your use. Guest access Front main entrance of the house is where you will come and go. Front unit (unit a) of the house is included in this rental. The front fenced in yard is for unit A use only. Other things to note LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Our home is nestled on a neighborhood street within minutes to local shops and eateries and within a half mile to downtown Asheville. The convenience and location of our home is what you are wanting when visiting this amazing city. Recommended dining and activity lists provided upon request. Asheville has so much to see and do. Tell us your interests and we will tell you our favorites and top local sites. Up to 2 dogs (dogs only) are welcome with pet fee. The front fenced yard is a great play space : ). They must be approved, house trained and well behaved. Dogs are not allowed on the couch or beds. Also no prolonged disruptive barking allowed.
