Peaceful haven in Lake Hawea

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Welcome to our home in beautiful Lake Hawea. Our modernised cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The large garden setting offers privacy and shelter and is only three minutes walk to the lake edge. We're ten minutes walk away from the local shop, cafe and pub. Wanaka is a pleasant 15 minute drive. The space Our home comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, three double bedrooms, the master bedroom with an ensuite, a family bathroom with bath and a seperate laundry room. It has a modern well equipped kitchen and a walk-in pantry. The lounge has a log burner and there is a heat transfer system to all bedrooms. The hallway and rear two bedrooms have electric wall heaters. The house is fully insulated, double glazed and north facing. The verandah provides a sheltered seating area where you can relax and enjoy the mountain views. Master bedroom - King bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - King bed All bed mattresses are either viscoe elastic or latex and linen is provided. Unlimited wifi. Guest access Whole house and garden. Garage is not available for guest use. Other things to note Please note we have a strict no parties or large gatherings policy due to this being a quiet neighbourhood. Places to eat and drink in Hawea: The Hawea Store is a grocery store, cafe and a takeaway. Super handy to grab some fish and chips and eat them on the lake front. The Hawea Pub and Hotel serves a range of restaurant food and bar meals.
