A modern elevator takes you there. Guest access The newly renovated designer apartment is elegantly furnished, has a large terrace with wonderful views of the adjacent Oberlaa Park. The U-Bahn [subway] station Oberlaa (U1) is very close. You can take it to the city center (Stephansplatz) in just 15 minutes without changing trains. From there you can explore the great Viennese tourist attractions. The neighboring building is the famous Therme Wien. On a total area of approximately 75,000 m², there are almost 4,000 m² of water area, a 3,000 m² sauna area, a 6,000 m² health area and a 1,000 m² fitness area. At the European Health & Spa Award, the thermal baths achieved 1st place in the category "Best Thermal Baths" and 3rd place in the category "Best health resort". Also in the neighboring building is the Oberlaa pastry shop, which in my opinion is the best pastry shop in Austria. Since 1974, it has been taking its guests into a world of the highest patisserie & confectionery art. Exquisite creations and selected delicacies are lovingly made in their in-house patisserie. Other things to note The apartment is located directly at the Kurpark Oberlaa. With 860,000 m² of park space, you have the most beautiful garden in Vienna on your doorstep. If you like sports, you have the opportunity to run (3.3 km) on the ideal running paths in the park. In addition, the spa park offers a climbing wall, a giant swing, ball game areas (beach volleyball court), a skater park, table soccer and table tennis facilities. If you prefer to take it easy and lie in the sun, you will find sunbathing lawns with sun loungers, spacious ponds or relaxing paths. The park is beautiful and accessible in all seasons. For the little ones there are playgrounds and an animal enclosure. Alpacas, pygmy goats and Carinthian sheep with their young live there. Game tables for chess, mill and "Mensch ärgere Dich nicht" are also offered. The allergy garden laid out there informs visitors about allergy-causing plants on a 500-meter-long path with display boards. The Japanese Garden is based on 600 m² of Japanese gardens with a stone bridge and stone lanterns.
