The Little Lodge is a private guest suite that is centrally located in the Mid-Hudson Valley. You’ll be minutes away from hiking, climbing, and other outdoor adventures in the Catskills and Gunks. Or, check out the charming towns nearby, such as Woodstock, Rosendale and New Paltz. The guest suite features a kitchen, living space and large bedroom with a queen-sized bed. A futon and cot are also available. Enjoy the private screened-in porch and shared backyard with fire pit! The guest suite includes a combined eat-in kitchen and living space, and a separate large bedroom with queen-sized bed. There is a bathroom with a shower only (no tub) that is off of the bedroom. A futon and cot are available for children or extra guests. The screened-in porch has a picnic table for outdoor dining. The bedroom has an electric fireplace. If you would like a real wood fire, you may use the fire pit in the backyard. The entire guest suite and lower screened-in porch is your private space. The backyard, including fire pit, is a shared space where you may see us around. We live upstairs from the guest suite, so we will be around during evenings and weekends. Excellent location to explore all that the Mid-Hudson Valley has to offer - close to nature and outdoor activities, but also conveniently located near the towns of Stone Ridge, Woodstock, Rosendale and New Paltz. You will have a separate parking area next to the guest suite, which can accommodate two vehicles. Please use caution in the driveway because we have a toddler - thanks! We have a sweet 3-year-old daughter who you may see around the yard. Please use caution and go slowly when driving down to your parking area. Please note that there kitchen has a 2-burner hot plate, microwave and toaster oven for cooking purposes. Although the space is not air conditioned, it remains cool in the summer because it is partially below grade.
