An atmospheric cottage on the shore of Kivijärvi

Spacious, beautiful and atmospheric cottage on the shore of Kivijärvi in Kannonkoski. On a large plot, a main cottage, a sauna cottage, and a warehouse. In the main cabin, two bedrooms and a loft, and a separate bedroom with access from the terrace. Shower cabin, toilet and dishwasher. In addition to the main cottage, the sauna cabin with the wooden sauna and fireplace room. Electricity and running water in the cottage. The water comes from the well and unfortunately not drinkable, so drinking water should be brought with you. The nearest store in Kannonkoski is about 10km away. The space In the main cabin, two separate bedrooms. Bedroom number 1. includes a double bed and a dressing room. Bedroom number 2. includes a 120cm wide bed and a bunk bed with a lower bed spread out as a 120cm wide bed. In the main cabin, in addition, a loft with two separate 80cm wide beds. In connection with the main cottage, a separate room with access from the terrace. A bunk bed in the room with a 120cm slope of the bottom bed. In the case of the sauna cabin, the fireplace room with the 120cm sofa bed. In addition, in connection with the warehouse, the room with the bunk bed and the sofa that can be spread out. Room is in use in summer. In the summer, guests have access to a rowboat and two sun loungers. The cottage has a wood-heated fireplace with a barbecue option. The cottage has a dock during the summer season. The cottage has a TV where you can watch DVD movies or, if you'd like, connect a hdmi rail from a laptop with visibility to a TV. (So the cottage doesn't show TV channels, doesn't include hdmi grind or portable, they bring them yourself). Other things to note The dock is on the beach from June - September! The cottage has a basic heat of about 10 degrees Celsius in the winter, and as soon as you arrive at the cottage, it's a good idea to adjust the radiators to a larger one, and also heat the cabin with a fireplace if you want. Firewood can be found for guests to use in terms of length of stay. We don't visit the cottage between each tenant, so we also don't charge a separate cleaning fee. The cottage should be left in the condition it was in when you arrived. More detailed cleaning instructions can be found at the cottage. There is a €150 cleaning fee for negligent cleaning or not following the guidelines. Sheets and towels are included in the price of the stay, but the beds must be made yourself. Running water is not drinkable, comes from a well, and is slightly yellow in color. Bring your own drinking water.
