Our tiny home is a private, cozy cottage that is nestled among a forest of trees that surround you with peace and quiet. Our home is located in Thousand Trails Park, a private recreational park with access to Lake Conroe for swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, and more. More park amenities: large marina & parking for boats & trailers, swimming pool, hot tub, community center with activities for children & adults, tennis courts, basketball courts, dog park, pickleball, & community laundromats. Sweet Spot Hidden Cove #9 sleep up to 4 adults & 4 children comfortably. Pets welcome. It has a covered front porch with chairs and a table, a sofa bed in the living room, master bedroom with queen size bed, a loft upstairs with two bedrooms - an air mattress in one with a TV and two air mattresses in the other. The ceiling height of the loft is only 4 feet tall and perfect for kids. The large private back deck has a table, 4 chairs, and gorgeous view as you are surrounded by forest and tall trees. The deck is lighted for a romantic atmosphere for relaxation, coffee in the morning, or drinks in the evening. Stores and restaurants are located with a quick 5-10 minute drive into town. The sunsets on the lake are magical! We live close by & are available 24/7 by message thru Air BNB. This cozy tiny house is located in the Thousand Trails Community at Lake Conroe. The beautiful sandy beach & water are closeby to the lake ,great for swimming, fishing, kayaking & boating.
