Very small private room in big Victorian house

Please request Pre Approval when inquiring about this room. Small quiet room in beautiful old historic Victorian house, private space, males preferred because other single guys staying in the house, owners also live in the house, new twin mattress, two day minimum, shared bathrooms and kitchen, living room, dining room and front porch. We have two cats but she won’t come in your room. We do have hot water, heating, air conditioning, if you see somewherethat this is not included that is not true. The space Non-smoking house, inside and outside, old house requires care and upkeep, lots of stairs and we don’t wear shoes in the house, there are two cats, but they won’t go in your room if you keep the door shut. Guest access Self check in and check out, key box on the back porch beside the door and I will send instructions the day of your check-in. During your stay Owners also live in the house and can help with anything needed, other single guys staying in the house and sharing bathrooms, so males preferred for this rental, quiet neighborhood, and quiet house, everybody working and just sleeping in the house
