Home consists of 3 bedrooms, 1st bedroom has Queen bed and "claytons" ensuite, 2nd Bedroom has a single bed plus a rollaway on request for child and 3rd bedroom has a single. Large living area has fireplace and separate dining and a private and secluded outdoor courtyard off the lounge and dining area with fireplace and BBQ. Many lovely walking tracks close by. 8 min drive to city. The space Serenity House is on the outskirts of Rotorua city with lovely views to the hills and farms, yet in suburbia. Only 8 mins to city centre, 5 mins drive to Beautiful Paradise Valley Springs and Lion Park. Checkout time is 11am and please return key to Lock Box on departure. Guest access Cars to be parked off road in Driveway - 2 car space - however no garage space for car but there is plenty of storage space for mountain bikes. Other things to note Please do not use aromatic spices in cooking during your stay or there will be an extra cleaning fee of $100 applied to cover commercial cleaning costs. Please consider neighbours with noise level and we have a No parties policy.
