Nor Nour is a charming cottage nestled between the seaside twin villages of Kingsand & Cawsand. Sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms makes this cottage perfect for a family escape to the seaside. The space Ground Floor You enter the cottage into an open plan Living room featuring an electric fireplace and stunning sea views. Cosy kitchen/dining room that leads you to the rear sun-soaked courtyard. There is also a WC which can be found at the rear of the property. First Floor A light and spacious king bedroom with wonderful sea views. Opposite you will find the modern family bathroom with a separate shower and bath, perfect for those relaxing soaks after a windy walk along the beach. Second Floor To the rear of the cottage there is a twin single room perfect for the little ones; equipped with a small night lamp and bedtime books. Opposite you will be amazed with the sea views from the windows in the double room. Location Nor Nour is situated in a prominent position in the centre of the beautiful Cornish seaside villages of Kingsand and Cawsand and within a stone’s throw from both Kingsand and Cawsand beach. Parking This historic village does not have private parking; however, there are two public pay and display car parks under a five minute walk to the property. Additional Information Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price. (please bring you own beach towels) The property has Wi-Fi. One well behaved pooch allowed with an additional fee of £20 per week. Nor Nour operates a Saturday – Saturday changeover.
