Bright and Private Backyard Apt

Bright and private backyard apartment located in south Alexandria, just 10 minutes to Old Town or 20 minutes to downtown DC. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, an adjoining "den" with a full/twin bunk bed, full bathroom, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, internet and tv equipped with netflix, hulu and disney+. A queen air mattress or pack n play can be provided upon request. Pets allowed! The apartment is fully separate from the main house, but please be mindful of noise after 11pm. The space The property is an oasis of greenery and space. There is a waterfall pond, patio with fire pit and seating areas, free fire wood, and a lovely hammock. Inside is a fully stocked kitchen, living room with wifi and TV, a washer/dryer, and a queen, full, and twin bed. Queen air mattress and pack n play in the bunk bed closet. Guest access The entire apartment and the backyard area. The apartment sits over a 2 car detached garage (locked), and the backyard and apartment are yours to use. The main house is occupied by other guests. Other things to note Pets allowed! No fees for pet stays.
