It is our refuge, the little corner where we rest and recharge. We feel a special love and affection for this place. It has always been our family's dream to have a space like this on the coast, where we could be close and raise our children. Every detail was carefully thought out and chosen with love. It would be an honor to share with you all the wonderful energy that this place provides. In addition to being located in a safe condominium, with exemplary administration, 24-hour concierge, janitorial services and camera monitoring, the apartment has a truly privileged location. It is possible to get to the city and no longer need to use the car, as we have supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, street markets and kiosks so close that it is difficult to describe how this will make a difference in your experience. Guest access All the rooms in the apartment, as well as the items in it, are available for use by our guests. However, there is one small detail: a door to the master bedroom closet is locked due to personal items we keep in the apartment to avoid having to carry them every time we go there. The condominium has a ballroom and a sauna, however, these facilities are not available to guests, as decided at a condominium meeting. Other things to note Our apartment is located a few steps from the beach, and you only need to cross the street to enjoy the sand and the sea. The apartment has a composition of 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. In addition, it has a full kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, a social bathroom and balconies, all equipped with protective screens. The suite features a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, a ceiling fan, and a 32" TV with Amazon Stick installed, offering guests access to a variety of streaming services. On the balcony, we provide a hammock for moments of rest and relaxation. The second bedroom has a single bed with an auxiliary bed, a wardrobe, a desk perfect for the home office and a portable fan. In addition, we provide a variety of children's toys for children's entertainment. Additionally, we provide 2 D33 mattresses, which can be allocated in the rooms according to the family's convenience. The living room features two huge, retractable sofas, each accommodating 3 people, and a 50" Samsung TV with various streaming services already installed. In this space, there is also a table with 4 chairs for meals. On the balcony of the living room, we offer another table with 4 chairs, so guests can enjoy the stunning ocean view. Our kitchen is highly equipped, with a duplex refrigerator, a 4-burner automatic stove, a microwave, an airfryer, an electric oven and an electric sandwich maker. We have a wide range of cutlery, plates, utensils, glasses, bowls and pans, which perfectly meet the needs of the 6 possible guests in the apartment. The kitchen is connected to a small service area, where a sink is located. In this area, we offer a beach cart with a sunshade and 3 chairs, providing excellent additional convenience for those who choose to stay in our apartment.
