This 1 Bedroom 1 Bath with private entrance, parking and fenced in backyard is thoughtfully designed for guests comfort and relaxation. Unit entrance is accessed through side of the home. WIFI, smart TV, A/C and more! The space This is a private 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom space with private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette attached to a larger home. There are NO cameras inside the unit. Guest access Guest will have complete access to the unit as well as the spacious backyard to sit out and relax. Other things to note THERMOSTAT: The AC is centrally controlled at a fixed temperature of 74 degrees One security camera recording the exterior in motion detection recording during reservation at the front door. No Parties: Hosting a party is a blatant breach of our terms and conditions. This is a zero-tolerance policy, and the police will be called without warning. The tenant hosting the party will be evicted and fined. NO MAIL TO BE RECEIVED AT THIS ADDRESS!! If a guest needs to receive mail, advise them to send it General Delivery to the nearest Post Office. NO WEAPONS of any kind are allowed. SECURITY CAMERAS There are NO cameras inside the unit. No illegal Activity:The building is under video camera surveillance. If you use the property to conduct illegal activity, then information & footage will be provided to law enforcement agencies.The parties involved with the illegal activity will be evicted and fined. No smoking: Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Thank you for keeping the unit smoke free. Flushing: Please do not flush wipes (even if flushable) or any hygiene/ feminine products down the toilet. This may result in clogging and backups.
