We will welcome you to our accommodation that we have just finished renovating. Its exposed stones, its old-fashioned parquet combine with modern comfort and will allow you to spend a charming stay. The outdoor space invites you to conviviality as well as relaxation. Close to a highway exit, the accommodation is easy to access, as well as to travel to the different places of interest. Finally, the train station is close, you can easily get to Montpellier. See you soon :) The space the accommodation itself is 150 m2 and the outdoor space 120 m2. It consists of a master suite (double bed 160, shower and bathtub), bedroom with double bed (160 Balinese bed see photo) and 2 single beds on the mezzanine and a children's room with cabin bed plus an extra mattress. There is a mezzanine with a games room in this room. If there are more of you, the living room sofa also opens into a double bed. Looking forward to meeting you. Marjorie and Kevin. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. PS: there is an independent studio (sleeps 4) which can also be rented at the same time as the house. Other things to note If the accommodation is located on the edge of the national 113, 2 out of 3 bedrooms overlook the garden on the other side which is very quiet and not overlooked. The accommodation is of course equipped with double glazing. For parking, there are very often places in front of the house. A little extra, we are equipped with a video projector with its screen integrated into the ceiling for your movie or game nights ;-) (Canal+, Prime Video, Netflix and Disney are available).
