Massive Three Bedroom House!

This is a SPACIOUS, THREE BEDROOM HOUSE with all of the comforts of home. Built before World War II, the house offers KING-SIZED BEDROOMS, a formal dining room, and a formal living room. The kitchen has been upgraded with new countertops, freshly painted and numerous cabinets, and a new stove. PETS ARE WELCOME. Please note the pet fee is $300 (Non-refundable). THIS IS A NO SMOKING RESIDENCE. The space Each bedroom has one bed in it. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds, and one has a full size bed. The house accommodates six people, as long as sharing a bed works for the guest. The thermostat is only for central heating. Window air conditioning units are provided, along with fans in each closet of the bedrooms. Guest access Guests may use the entire single family house. Driveway parking and backyard parking are accessible if needed. Other things to note Please be certain to turn off all lights, thermostat, air conditioners, stove, and oven upon checking out. Please also return both keys to the lockbox. The numbers on the combination should be upset to conceal the code.
